
At the moment I am using a mixture of Microsoft Outlook tasks and an Access database to manage leases and other connected documents, emails and due dates. I would like to have one program that could accomplish database type tasks (sorting,reports, notes and status); store files and emails along with managing reminders on due dates.
I have looked through a variety of PIM software but come up empty handed. I’m dealing with over 200 properties and around 1500 reminders. Cost is not an issue as I am looking for some extensive software to make this happen. Any recommendations?
Also important to note that I am tenant on some properties and landlord on others.
