Leasing Software

I need help instaling this (sofware)(program)its a torrent.?
i downloaded a 1.65 gig music software steinberg hypersonic2,program.
i did everything but when i click on the icon on my destop it says;
syncrosoft license control-error
application’hypersonic2.has caused the following error;
no protection device connected
options;
-for troubleshooting information click
-connect a valid protection device and click
-clickto abort.
then when i click on cancel it says
attention;if you cancel this operation the application might crash
optins;

-click to abort
then i click cancel this other thing pops up saying
microsoft visual c++runntime library
runntime error!
program;…/vstplugins/hyperso… contenent/hypersonic.exe
abnormal program termination
then when i exit by clicking the red x on the corner
another 1 pops up saying..

any good online property management software which i could keep track of my rental properties such as lease, rent payments, maintenance repairs?

I use yahoo unlimited to download leased files from yahoo jukebox. They are all in Windows Media Player as well and I know WMP is what they use to license each track. Can I sync with WMP instead of yahoo jukebox? The yahoo jukebox software hangs when I sync and WMP does not.

At the moment I am using a mixture of Microsoft Outlook tasks and an Access database to manage leases and other connected documents, emails and due dates. I would like to have one program that could accomplish database type tasks (sorting,reports, notes and status); store files and emails along with managing reminders on due dates.

I have looked through a variety of PIM software but come up empty handed. I’m dealing with over 200 properties and around 1500 reminders. Cost is not an issue as I am looking for some extensive software to make this happen. Any recommendations?
Also important to note that I am tenant on some properties and landlord on others.

hey im using pclinux 2008 minime my computer doesnt have internet but i want to install more software as im sure many of you are aware installing software without using package manger can be a nightmare and when u try and do it from tr.gz it wont work and finding a site of software composed of rpm is hard so can u lease help thanks
