Leasing Software

I just moved into a 2bedroom with a girl I found on Craigslist, and I found out that she’s been going into my room when I’m not home and looking through my stuff and acting like it’s her own room. I confronted her once and told her that if she needs anything, to just call and ask before going into my room. I keep my door closed because I like to keep my room private She apologized and said she would never go into my room when I’m not home. I gave her the benefit of the doubt. But I was still weary, so I installed a software that records a video whenever there’s motion. I caught her one week later coming into my room, snooping in my closet, trying to get on my computer, and looking through my stuff. How should I handle this situation? I just installed a lock on my door, is there anyway I can get out of a lease?
